A lengthy fiscal court meeting turned hostile Tuesday night and included several moments with the county judge lashing out at a local resident and ridiculing Adair County residents in general. Following the meeting, a hot mic caught comments by the judge laced with profanity, apparently directed at magistrates or county residents.
